Annie Mist Thorisdottir, an experienced professional CrossFit athlete from Reykjavik Iceland. She also trains and coaches in Crossfit Reykjavik, where she is the co-owner. Annie is the only woman to has been crowned winner of CrossFit Games in two consecutive year. In 2010, she finished in second place. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelanders weightlifter CrossFit champion as well as a media star. Her fame has been built on being the first woman ever to win the two CrossFit Games: in 2011 as well as 2012. The winner in the Dubai Fitness Competition 2013 and 2017Annie has gained a lot of attention. Annie, along with the rest of her family, were birthed in Reykjavik Iceland. Since a young age, Annie was a huge sports enthusiast and was a fan of doing exercises. She was awarded numerous medals in school competitions. Due to her impressive performance she was the first woman to be awarded CrossFit Games. Annie won again in the CrossFit Games in 2012 due to her outstanding performance. She became the first female athlete to be crowned the winner of the two CrossFit Games at once. Additionally, in 2014, she won a silver medal and in the year 2021 she won bronze in CrossFit Games. Annie trains and coaches at Crossfit Reykjavik that she started. Annie is an aspiring athlete who has been the face of many brands such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs, Nuun Hydration, Renaissance Periodization as well as Sidekick Yerbae. Additionally, she owns a self-titled Youtube channel that has a couple of thousand viewers where her diet videos, family as well as travel videos are posted.
