Annmarie Fairweather leads all practices in relation to people, talent and the culture within Learning Ally. Annmarie is a veteran of 30 years working as a Human Resources leader. She was involved in all industries, and worked with teams of leaders to achieve objectives for business, particularly when there was rapid change and growth. She is a trusted advisor who has helped translate enterprise plans and goals into human and business strategies through engaging employees and managing change. She is passionate about education and sees team and leadership development as the ultimate competitive edge. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies and small to mid-sized enterprises, helping them develop leadership and coaching programs with demonstrated results. The experience has helped to create organizational cultures which embraced the concept of learning and innovation, as well as transforming for the benefit of both individuals as well as teams. In addition, Annmarie has a desire to dedicate her time and talents to support Learning Ally's mission she is currently providing support for a variety of non-profit organizations in her free time. This includes being an active member of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee a group committed to helping women become leaders by providing workshops to the Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional membership association in North America with the specific goal of providing training, networking as well as advocacy specifically targeted at hotels in the healthcare industry and also supporting Shatterproof a national nonprofit organization focused on reversing the dependency crisis within the United States in educating communities in helping those affected by the illness of addiction.
